eLearning | Training Champion - How to view my group of learners

Confirmation eLearning Training Champion

The Training Champion tracks progress and manages colleagues on the eLearning platform. Course completion of either the Bank or Audit eLearning courses are critical for your success on the Confirmation.com platform effectively reducing denials and implementing best practices.

If you have a group of learners or a new group of Confirmation users that require upskilling on the Confirmation.com platform, ensure that you reach out to support to provide information on your learner group with the following information:

• Name
• Surname
• Email
• Company Name
• Role: Either Student or Training Champion

Training Champion Dashboard

The designated Training Champion for your Company will have a dashboard with all colleagues (learners) listed under your company with learner stats and course stats.  These reports can also be downloaded in various formats and will provide valuable insights on where a support or training intervention is needed to help you get the most out of your Confirmation.com workflow.
 

Steps to access the learner dashboard and FAQS:

• Login to Confirmation eLearning
  • Click here to login alternatively you may click on eLearning  the Community Header in the top right.
    • Q: I don't have my login details, how do I get a login?
      • A: You may request login details via the login screen or through our support desk, you may have already received login details via email , please check for an email from no-reply@confirmationafrica.com
    • Q: I am enrolled for eLearning but I forgot my password, how do I reset my password?
      • A: You may reset your password via the login screen by selecting Lost password

• Once you have logged into the eLearning site, navigate to the Reports & Analytics tab to view the following:
  1. Overview - Dashboard overview which you can adjust date ranges to view high level learner and course stats.
  2. Learners  -  Track learner summary of completion and view your learner contacts, course progress and course activities completed (If Applicable)
  3. Course - Drill down on specific courses or summary of all courses that your learner group is enrolled for. Course completion of the group, Activity Summary or Completion (If Applicable)

• Q: How long will my learners have access to the course material?
  • A: Currently these courses have lifetime access for learners, when the content is updated, learners will be notified so that they stay up to date with any workflow or feature changes on the Confirmation.com platfform. 
• Q: Are there any resources for my clients who are new to Confirmation.com process?
  • A: We have provided a getting started page for your clients, Obtaining audit confirmations from third parties can be a tricky and time-consuming process for your auditors. Non-responses are common, creating additional work for auditors, and causing delays to audit completion. This is especially concerning when reporting deadlines are tight.
• Q: What will learners see is they are not listed as a Training Champion on the eLearning site? 
  • A: The learners listed under the Student Role will have access to the dashboard but only have access to their stats.
