What if my confirmation is denied?

  Answer:

Make sure to review the denial description and reason supplied by the Responder. 

These may require edits to the supplied information or list alternative procedures for submitting the type of request. Denied confirmations cannot be Reconfirmed.

A new confirmation must be initiated with the updated information and a refund can be requested once the confirmation has been initiated again correctly.

Make sure to check the status of the confirmation as there are different actions for requests, depending on their status:
