If your request was denied and you did not receive any refund within 3-5 working days, kindly click on the below link to request for a manual refund to our technical team:

Kindly be advised that you need all the pending requests to be released before you can request for a refund.
Please ensure you have the purchase receipt number with the forms initiated correctly to support your refund request.
