Confirmations Annual Closure:

• 12 December 2025 from 12:00 (SAST) until 02 January 2026 – Re-open operating as per our regular hours

Support Operating Hours:

• 12 December: 8:30 – 12:00 (SAST)
• 15 December: 8:30 – 17:00 (SAST)
• 16 December: Closed  (South African public holiday)
• 17 December: 8:30 – 17:00 (SAST)
• 18 December: 8:30 – 17:00 (SAST).
• 19 December: 8:30 – 12:00 (SAST)
• 05 January 2026:  Re-open operating as per our regular hours
