Why am I not receiving emails from Confirmation.com?

  Answer:

Confirmation.com system emails may have transferred to your spam folder. You can receive emails from our email address for the following reasons:
  • Email notifications (status of the requests)
  • Unable to Receive Client Authorisation
  • Unable to receive the password or user ID email

Make sure to add Systems.Administrator@confirmation.com to your address book or safe senders list. You can also contact your IT department and ask them to White List emails from our domain confirmation.com (@confirmation.com).
