eLearning with Confirmation.com | Login - Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Published:  07/10/2026

To help keep your account and information secure, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the Confirmation.com eLearning Portal.

From 19 October 2026, MFA will be required when you log in to access your eLearning Modules/Courses via the Caseware Africa eLearning Academy.

  Answer:

What this means for you:

1.    Log in with your regular username and password as usual here.
2.    You will be prompted to link an authenticator app.
3.    Download a free app on your mobile device.

Once this one-time setup is complete, you will simply approve a notification on your phone or enter a 6-digit code from the app each time you log in.

Need help? If you have any questions or run into issues setting up your authenticator app, please reply directly to this email or contact our support team at confirmations@adaptit.com.
