Windows H2V2 – Error Executing Script Hotfix

Published:  21/01/2025

The newest Windows 11 24H2 update causes “Error executing Scripts”. The windows update has begun setting a local policy that, by default, causes applications to use the JavaScript engine “JScript9Legacy.dll” instead of “JScript.dll”. JScript9Legacy.dll does not contain the full functionality that CaseView requires. This will impact all outstanding versions of Working Papers, including the upcoming Working Papers 2024 update 1.
