Why can’t I see a client’s profile on my list of clients?

  Answer:

  • A user will only be able to access an existing client’s profile if they are assigned to the profile as either the lead auditor or shared auditor.
  • To obtain access to an existing profile, a supervisor or lead auditor can provide the required access.
