Answer:
Shared Auditors are users that can view, print, and download client activity, but cannot setup accounts or initiate confirmations on client profiles the user has been given access to.
A lead auditor or firm administrator can assign shared auditor rights to any registered users in their firm for the client profile.
You can see who is the Lead or Shared Auditor by Navigating as per the below:
