What is a shared auditor?

  Answer:

  • Shared Auditors are users that can view, print, and download client activity, but cannot setup accounts or initiate confirmations on client profiles the user has been given access to.
  • A lead auditor or firm administrator can assign shared auditor rights to any registered users in their firm for the client profile.
  • You can see who is the Lead or Shared Auditor by Navigating as per the below:
Click Modify/Share to view.
