Published: 20/07/2023
Answer:
The Confirmation Control Log Report provides a log of key confirmation activity such as current status, delivery method, responder information, and sent date.
To run the report, from the
Reports
tab, choose
Confirmation Control Log
from the Select Report dropdown menu. Filter the report by Client, As of Date, Responder Type, and Form type if applicable. Click
view
to view the report in your browser. Click
export
to download the report as an Excel file.
You can use this report to see what confirmations were completed for the period and can filter this report by a particular client to see the status of all requests to banks for a particular client.
This can assist with billing and monitor the denials to improve the denial rate for your firm.
