What do I do if I can't locate the Account ID or Client Name requested?


  Instructions:

If you do not have the necessary information to respond to a confirmation request:

  1. Select other actions located on the form.
  2. Choose Deny from the available list.
  3. Select the appropriate denial reason and provide any necessary comments.

Alternatively, from the Pending view:

  1. Select the request or requests from the list using the checkboxes provided.
  2. Select Deny.
  3. Select the appropriate denial reason and provide any necessary comments.
