What do I do if I can't locate the Account ID or Client Name requested?
Instructions:
If you do not have the necessary information to respond to a confirmation request:
- Select other actions located on the form.
- Choose Deny from the available list.
- Select the appropriate denial reason and provide any necessary comments.
Alternatively, from the Pending view:
- Select the request or requests from the list using the checkboxes provided.
- Select Deny.
- Select the appropriate denial reason and provide any necessary comments.
