How do I update my User Profile?

An auditor can update their name, surname, mobile number or phone number on their existing profile from the Confirmation.com platform.

To amend your profile, follow the below steps:

  Answer:

  1. Select the User Profile link located in the application header then select the Profile option.

  1. Make sure to Save any changes. 
  2. Click here  if you need to update your email address or contact Confirmations Support.
