My child copy does is not syncing back to the parent file, how do I resolve this?
Answer:
When the child copy is not syncing back to the parent, you can do one of the following:
Ensure you have a stable connection back to the server/ where the parent file is hosted.
Ensure the path to sync with the parent is correct using the properties menu.
Alternatively, if you still cannot connect to the parent to sync your changes, connect to the next available file using the SmartSync menu (bottom left hand corner of the Caseware screen) or connect to another Caseware Working Papers file using "
Connect to SmartSync Copy..."
