This two minute video guides the user with with reconfirming completed confirmations on Confirmation.com. If the user receives a completed confirmation, but the response is not correct, the reconfirm button allows the user to send the request back to the bank as a priority, at no additional cost, requesting the financial institution to verify if the information provided.
