Recalling a Confirmation

This two minute video guides the user with recalling pending confirmations from the financial institution on Confirmation.com. Confirmations that have been sent in error to the financial institution can be recalled if the responder has not actioned the requests. If the user is not able to select the confirmation, it is no longer eligible for recall and is being actively processed by the responder. Successfully recalled confirmations will receive a full credit.
