Where do I find the Design Mode Password to make changes?

  Answer:

Caseware Africa has taken the decision not to allow design mode changes to all Probe documents due to the complexity and high risk involved in working with Design Mode.

Bearing in mind that there are some changes users will have to make, we have ‘unlocked’ various functions within Form Mode (change audit procedures, hiding procedures, paragraphs, etc.).

Users have access to the design mode, as no password is needed for the documents where some significant changes may be necessary:
  • 10.21 - Engagement letter
  • 02.92 - Letter of representation
  • 06.10 - Compilation letter of representation
  • 01.60 - Minutes
  • 750.60 - Director's remuneration certificate

Probe documents with design mode access can be identified by the color of the header which is purple
