Probe | How to import the planning documents from the prior year audit file

• In the document manager, go to the Firm template and set up folder
• open document number 10.10.02
• Select the Import Data tab
• The Import data from other file dialogue will appear

• Select the checkbox of the documents you would like to import data from
• Then click on the Browse button and select the Caseware file containing the data you would like to import
• The shortcut for finding the Caseware file in the Choose File Upload dialogue is to type  *.ac 

 

• ​Once the Caseware file is selected click Open
• The import wizard screen will appear indicating that the information is being imported
• Once the import is complete, the Import data dialogue appear indicating you have successfully imported your data
