Confirmation maintains a secure and reliable environment for all of our customers. To illustrate our commitment to effective operational controls, privacy, and security best practices, the company undergoes all three System and Organization Controls (SOC) for Service Organization examinations annually, and is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified for the service.

The Confirmation service complies with and has incorporated the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs) as its legal data transfer mechanism for data transmitted in and out of the EU. The Confirmation service’s privacy policy is also certified by TRUSTe, which issues the internet’s most trusted third-party privacy certification standards.

The service is also PCI DSS (level 2) and GDPR compliant. Confirmation also annually completes
more than 600 external security reviews by our largest global customers. Collectively, these third-party examinations and compliance reviews provide assurance regarding the controls we implement to protect the privacy and confidentiality of users’ data and the security, availability, and processing integrity of our system.
