Once I have selected the As of Date, why are the forms not listed for selection in the Initiate Confirmation screen?

  Answer:

Once an “as of date” is selected, confirmations that are not pending at a financial institution for a client will appear in the selection box for initiation.
Forms may not appear on the Initiate screen due to the following reasons:
  • Requests that do not appear in the box have possibly already been initiated and are pending at the financial institution.
  •  A client signer authorisation attached to specific forms still needs to be signed and returned to requesting auditor. Until authorisation has been received back from client signer, these forms will not be available for selection in the initiate confirmations area of a client profile.
