We have transitioned to Zoom Contact Centre as our core support tool enabling faster response times, improved routing, and a more seamless support experience.

Updated Support System & Menu Options

Our support channels have been streamlined with improved menu navigation, helping you reach the right team faster.

Direct Zoom Access

Remote support links have been updated to route directly through Zoom, simplifying how you initiate and manage remote support interactions. We are phasing out TeamViewer and AnyDesk support.

New WhatsApp Support Channel
