Why has my request been denied?

  Answer:

On both the email you receive and the form on the Confirmation system, check the denial reason and description as to why the request was denied. Correct the information and resend the form back to the financial institution (responder).
Please note: If a request has been denied by "not accessible by this department" an automatic refund is generated onto the card that was used for payment and the actual reason (e.g. incorrect company name) as to why the request was denied will reflect under the denial description.
