You have created a new client request document. The client request is displayed, and you can begin reviewing and modifying the client request as necessary. If you created your client request from a template, then you may only need to make minor changes.

Send a client request

Once you have reviewed the client request of a query that is already on the file or a newly created query from an existing query and made any necessary changes, you can send the document to your client.

To send a client request to a client:
  1. Click on Send.
  2. This will prompt the Open Query dialog, add more details about the client request. You can set a due date, choose assignees from your client contacts, and add a message to the notification email.image.png
  3. Click on OK to submit your Client Query

Responding to a client request

Once you have sent the document to your client, they will receive an email for them to respond to the client request.
After completing the client request, the client has to mark the document as responded:

Completing a client request

After the client request was marked as responded the document must be completed:

Completing the client request will remove it from the client’s view and will prevent any changes from being made to the document:

  Instructions:

To obtain information from your clients, you can create client requests. You can use client requests for a number of different things:
  • Request for information - submit questions to the client.
  • Document request - ask the client to upload one or more files.
  • Send deliverables - send files to the client.
Client requests can be accessed by any clients who have a contact profile on your Cloud entity and who have visibility to the relevant engagement.
