I can’t request authorisation from a client signer as the name is greyed out (cannot be selected)?

Answer:
When adding a new client signer to a profile, authorisation can be requested from this client signer only when the new client signer is linked to forms on the client profile. Ensure that the correct client signer has been assigned to the relevant forms prior to requesting authorisation.
