Scenario:
The error occurs in two ways:
When integrating the financials either when creating a new file or refreshing the integration of an existing file
When trying to add documents from another file or from the template
How to resolve the issue:
Download the utilities script from the Caseware Community
Copy the file and replace the current file in the following location: C:\Program Files (x86) \CaseWare\Script\
