How to resolve a utilities script error on Integration of Financial Statement Components

Scenario:  

The error occurs in two ways: 

  1. When integrating the financials either when creating a new file or refreshing the integration of an existing file 

  1. When trying to add documents from another file or from the template 


  Answer:

How to resolve the issue: 

 

  • Download the utilities script from the Caseware Community 

  • Copy the file and replace the current file in the following location: C:\Program Files (x86) \CaseWare\Script\  

 

NB: Should the above not work, please reinstall the templates following the FAQ below:
