How to get a new version from another CaseView file

How to get a new version from another CaseView file
Answer:
1. Ensure you have a backup of the file
2. Open your financial statements
3. Go the heading of the statement or note in blue (as shown below) | Right click | Select Get new version | Other CaseView file
4. Browse to the location of the template or file you want to get a new version from
5. You will see several files. Double click on the one that ends with “FSNG000ZAFS.cvw” and that has the highest amount of KB
6. Select “Replace”
7. Select “Close”
The note or statement will be updated with the version from the other CaseView file.
