How do I change the Design Mode password?
Instructions:
NOTE: Should you change the Design mode password from the default password, please ensure that the new Design mode password is kept safe. This password is encrypted within the financial statements and Caseware Africa will not be able to decrypt it unless the file is sent to Caseware International. The turn-around time is 1 – 2 weeks for decryption of the design mode password.
To change the default design mode password please use the following steps:
- In Design mode go to menu Tools | Lock design mode
- Enter a new password and confirm.
