How do I remove an inactive clerk or supervisor

  Instructions:

Only users with Administrator permissions have access to edit or remove inactive clerks from the financial institution/law firm. If you are an Admin user on Confirmation, please refer to instructions below.

Otherwise, contact our Support team at  010 494 1001 opt 3, or email confirmations@adaptit.com

As a Bank Admin user in Confirmation, you can edit or remove inactive clerks from your bank. To do so:

  1. From the Dashboard, select Edit User from the Action Links box.
  2. From the Action List, open the dropdown list and select Deactivate.
  3. Place a checkmark in the box next to the clerk's name you want to remove and select submit. The user has now been deactivated from your financial institution.

You can also deactivate clerks by selecting on an individual user's name to open their profile information.

Once in their profile, select Inactive under the User Status section. Then select save.

Note that you cannot remove a user who is at the same level as you. If you need to deactivate a user admin, please send an email to confirmations@adaptit.com
