How do I locate past confirmations?

  Answer:

From within the Status log for the selected client, use the Activity For filter to choose from a list of historical As of Dates for the selected client.

Please be advised that the confirmation request are kept for a maximum of 5 years on the system.

To have access to the request even longer, ensure that you download them before they reach the five-year mark.
