How do I know the client signer has authorized the auditor to send requests?

  Instructions:

Confirmation utilizes an electronic authorization process known as Client Authorization. In this process, the Client Signer provides electronic approval to the auditor to initiate confirmations on their behalf. Without this approval, confirmations cannot be released to the Responder through our platform.

The Client Signer receives an email from the auditor requesting authorization.

The signer can return the authorization by selecting the link in the original email and providing their electronic signature. Then they submit it to the auditor. Client Authorization is valid for 180 days from when it was received.

To view the Client Authorization and details, open a request and select the Authorization tab located in the top area of the confirmation request.
