31 March	Year-end occurs
1 April - 31 May	Drafting Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
	Complete year-end process on a previous Caseware file Ensure prior year on current AFS agrees to prior year audited AFS Import trial balance for the year ending 31 March from Pastel/Sage, Excel Ensure all accounts are mapped Balance Annual Financial Statements Update Caseware file to the latest version of the template from Caseware Ensure the AFS still balances Review disclosure changes for a current year and update current set of Financial Statements Complete current year disclosure Print draft set of AFS Deal with iterations from reviews
15 May	Submit draft AFS to Audit Committee
15 - 31 May	Update changes to AFS from Audit Committee
31 May	Submission drafted AFS to Auditor General
