Editing the Company Registration Number

Users can edit the client registration number on forms that have been loaded onto a client profile by following the below guide. This is especially useful when responders deny requests due to incorrect company registration number.

  Instructions:

  1. Select the "Financial" option located in the Accounts block, to view a list of accounts that have been loaded on this client profile.

  2. Click on the account number of the form that needs to be amended.

  3. Should you wish to change the responder attached to the form, type the name of the new responder and select search. If not, select next to edit the account details on the form.

  4. Amend the client registration number reflect per the details on the client's bank statement and select save.
