Q: Why move Confirmation to a new data center hosted solution?

A: In the process of creating the next generation of the Confirmation product, our goal is to offer the most secure, scalable, adaptable, and modern solution to ensure the quality of service that you deserve. Building in the new data center was the best option to support that vision. Some benefits include:

Q: Where is the data stored?

A: Confirmation sets up, owns, and operates its entire infrastructure, which is currently co-located within Centersquare managed secure data centers. Centersquare data maintains a diverse set of physical and environmental security controls, including but not limited to: 

• Nondescript facilities 
• Restricted and controlled physical access 
• Professional security staff 
• Video surveillance

Q: Are there any technical changes with regards to this request in my SSO login function?

A: Most banks will retain their existing login / SSO experience for now. In late 2025, we will transition banks to a modernized authentication solution that will require minimal changes.

Q: When will you start using the new data center?

A: Upgrades to the new data center will be incremental beginning in June 2025.

Q: Is the new Confirmation solution in compliance with the existing regulations (GDPR, Central Banks, etc)?

A: Yes, the new Confirmation platform will continue to allow customers located in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) countries to set marketing communication preferences and data tracking preferences, complying with GDPR regulations.
