Client Authorisation

This two minute video guides the user with client authorisation on Confirmation.com. This is the third step to requesting confirmations from a financial institution using the Confirmation.com platform. It is important to note that if a signer chooses to type their name, they should type their names as per their Identity Document. If the client signer does not receive the authorisation email, kindly refer to the How to Guide on Unable to Receive Authorisation.
