How do I change Caseware Cloud Admin User.

Requirements:
•Cloud URL.
•Two email addresses (the original admin/user that has left the firm and the new user replacing the original)
•The new user must NOT be a current user within the firm
•If the original admin is unknown, please make this clear in the ticket
Please note that we will not be sending the client a new password. They should use the “forgot password” feature once we have reset the admin.
Once the Letter has been completed, Please send an email to CaseWareAfrica.ChampionSupport@adaptit.com with the Letter attached to log a ticket to have the cloud admin changed.
