How do I correct the error I get when opening statements?

  Answer:

  • Resolution
  • In CaseWare Time 
  • Open a client screen and call up a client who does not have statements
  • On the Tabs that start with Address/Phone, go to Billing Info

  • On the Billing Info Tab
  • Make sure that the Generate Statements tick box is ticked
  • Then close the screen
  • Go back to open the statements for the client
