Caseware Time | How can I find the client contacts that are missing after sending a client batch email?

When I am sending a client batch email the clients contacts seems to be missing, how can I get then back?
The below is an example of a batch set:
Answer:
Go to the User Profile Toolbar in Caseware Time
Expand the Toolbar objects individually on the ellipsis(…)
Select the None option for all the the Toolbar objects
Below is how you select the Toolbar objects individually
Document
Short Name
Staff
Project
Date
After all the filters have been set to None, to view the the client email list, Click File | Client Batch Email / Print, below is how it will look like.
