What to do when an Error 2 message appears when installing a firm template

When I install my firm template I get an Error 2 message, how do I resolve this?

  Answer:

To resolve this error please use the following steps:

1. Go to the “Caseware\Template\GettingStarted” folder in windows explorer. Right click on the GettingStarted folder and select “Properties”.

2. Unselect the “Read-only” option and click “Apply”.

3. Select the option to “Apply changes to this folder, subfolder and files” and then click “OK”.

4. Click “OK”.

5. Repackage your template and then install the packager.
