What to do when an Error 2 message appears when installing a firm template

When I install my firm template I get an Error 2 message, how do I resolve this?
Answer:
To resolve this error please use the following steps:
1. Go to the “
Caseware\Template\GettingStarted
” folder in windows explorer. Right click on the
GettingStarted
folder and select “
Properties
”.
2. Unselect the “
Read-only
” option and click “
Apply
”.
3. Select the option to “
Apply changes to this folder, subfolder and files
” and then click “
OK
”.
4. Click “
OK
”.
5. Repackage your template and then install the packager.
