What to do when a ERROR:Btrieve code 22 appears when importing from Pastel?

I am getting ERROR:Btrieve code 22 when importing from Pastel, how do I resolve this?
Answer:
This error is caused by a newer version of Pastel being installed thus requiring the "Direct Imports Update".
For further assistance request either your IT personnel or Caseware Champion to download and install the direct import hotfix from the community as you will need to login to access this download.
Please note: Only Firm Champions can access download packages
