Caseware Working Papers | What do I do if after registration my software is still on demo mode?

Published:  05/12/2016
When I log into Caseware Working Papers after registration it still shows the days remaining on the demo period, how do I resolve this?

  Answer:

  1. Revoke license (Click here for guidance on revoking a license)
  2. Once a license has been revoked, you will then register
Note: If the option "Get License" does not appear as per the screenshot above, then your license type is NRV.
