What is the cause of Error "Automation server cannot create object"?
What is the cause of Error "Automation server cannot create object"?
Published: 08/05/2018
During the installation of Caseware Working Papers, I receive an error "Automation Server cannot create object - Line 96"
Answer:
Possible causes of the error above could be that:
The user profile where the installation is being run does not have full administrative rights on the computer;
Your anti-virus could be blocking the installation from running. Please disable the firewall on that computer during installation;
User Access Control (Windows 7)/User Control Accounts (Windows Vista) are not disabled on the machine.
