Inconsistent Database Indices Detected - What do I do when Caseware Working Papers is unable to read the contents of a database index file (.CDX or DBF)?

  Answer:

  1. Go to the were the client folder is located through windows explorer
  2. Right click on a blank space -> view -> details
  3. Arrange / Sort  icons by Type
  4. Scroll to the cdx files and delete all files with extension cdx
