How do I get my directors’ names to display on the general information page or Directors Report?

  Answer:

The director will not print on the General Information page if:  

1. The resignation date is within the current financial year. 
   • The resignation date is set in the Information store | Directors section, next to the respective director name.
2. If the resignation date is dated within a previous year end. 
   • The resignation date is set in the Information store | Directors section, next to the respective director name.
3. If the date of signature of the audit report has not been set in the Information store.
4. If the date of signature of the financial statements by the director is different to the date of signature of the     audit report and director signature date has not been entered.

1. If the date of signature of the financial statements by the director is different to the date of signature of the audit report and the director signature date has not been entered.  
2. If the date of signature of audit report has not been set. 
3. If the resignation date is dated within a previous year-end.
   • The resignation date is set in the Information store | Directors section, next to the respective director name.
