Where do I find Working Papers (SmartSync) files on the cloud?

  Answer:

On version 26.0 and higher of Caseware Cloud, engagement files (such as Working Papers) are now listed separately from other files (such as PDF and CSV). Engagement files no longer display on the Files page. They now display on their individual product page. 
 
  • To find your Caseware Working Papers files that have been synced to the cloud, click on the menu then Working Papers (The synced files will not appear under the File section)

Please note to find your Cloud's version number, select Help | About
