Is my data encrypted when transferring files to and from Caseware Cloud?

  Answer:

Data that is transferred to and from Caseware Cloud is encrypted 100% of the time. Caseware Cloud uses AES 256-bit encryption keys - the same strength used in online banking. This encryption is in addition to the layer of security provided by Amazon. The encryption keys are generated and owned by Caseware Cloud Ltd., and never shared with other parties, including Amazon, or employees of Caseware Cloud Ltd.
Data at rest and backup data on Caseware Cloud are also encrypted using keys of the same strength.
