Can my client signer give authorisation to multiple companies at the same time?
Can my client signer give authorisation to multiple companies at the same time?
Published: 20/07/2023
Answer:
Yes, provided the same bank mandated client signer is registered as the client authorised signer on multiple company profiles.
When selecting “request” authorisation from the client information tab, all the linked company names the client signer is registered to will be available for selection.
A single system generated email will be sent to the authorised client signer's email address on file, listing all company names associated with the client authorised signer.
The client authorised signer will be able to give authorisation for all the listed company names at once.
