Can I request for a future "As of Date"?

  Answer:

Yes. These are referred to as Future Dated Confirmations within the Confirmation system. 
You can send future dated requests up to 90 days in advance from the "As of Date" (Year-end date).

Statuses for these confirmations will fall under the Future Dated status tab.
Future Dated confirmations initiated electronically will be held in queue until the "As of Date" matures (year-end date has occurred)
