Can I request more information from the Auditor about the confirmation request?
Instructions:
Yes. From the View Confirmation Request view of each confirmation:
- Select other actions.
- Select need more info from the list.
- Enter the requested information in the window and select continue to return the request to the auditor.
Alternately, from the Pending view of the Confirmation tab:
- Select the request or requests from the list using the checkboxes provided.
- Select Need More Info from the top of the grid.
The auditor can respond with comments and attachments, and will not be charged again for responding to these requests.
